Philippe Maubert has led the 4th generation of the Robertet Group for over 30 years. The architect of the company’s success in the field of natural raw materials, its internationalization and its close relationship with major perfume house customers, he is the symbol of the company itself, embodying the values of respect and trust so dear to the Maubert family.

Under his leadership and impetus, the company outgrew the market and grew from a medium-sized business to an international group with sales in excess of 700 million euros.

Philippe Maubert has contributed to this continuous and sustainable development through a strategy combining organic and external growth.

Preserving the Group’s independence has always been a top priority for him. In July 2022, he handed over General Management to Jérôme Bruhat, with a roadmap focused on innovation, globalization and social responsibility.

Today, at the age of 71, he is committed to ensuring that the Group maintains its strategic focus while preserving its fundamental values and principles over the long term.
