Jerome Bruhat is the CEO of the Robertet Group, world leader in natural ingredients and a major player in fragrances and flavors for the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Jérôme Bruhat began his career in 1991 at L’Oréal, the world’s leading beauty company, where he spent over 30 years. He then worked abroad for 23 years, first as General Manager in Belgium, then in Germany, Japan and the United States. In 2013, he became Global Director of the «Maybelline – New York» brand, world leader of makeup. From 2015 to 2021 he held the position of President of the L’Oréal Group in Japan, the world’s 3rd largest beauty market.

With the confidence of the Maubert family which controls Robertet, Jerome Bruhat has the triple mission of consolidating the fundamentals of the company, continuing to grow the company globally, and modernizing its operations. Sustainable development, international conquest, «green» innovation, and external growth form the core of his roadmap.
