Robertet announces the arrival of Fonds Stratรฉgique de Participation (FSP) and Peugeot Invest (PI) as new investors alongside the Maubert family.
FSP and Peugeot Invest each invest 125 million euros in Robertetโs capital, acquiring shares and investment certificates from DSM-Firmenich. Meanwhile, the Maubert family remains the controlling shareholder, maintaining continuity in leadership and vision.
This milestone represents a key step in reinforcing our independence. These new strategic shareholders are key assets for further developing our leadership in naturals and investing in our ambitious plans for growth, ensuring the company’s long-term stability and success.
This strategic move aligns with our ongoing commitment to Robertet’s growth and sustainability, supporting our international expansion projects. As we continue to expand our global footprint, recent acquisitions such as Sonarome in India and Phasex in the U.S. reflect our dedication to maintaining Robertet’s leadership in the natural flavors industry.

ROBERTET ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF PHASEX
Robertet is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Phasex Corporation, a trailblazer in CO2 extraction technology in the United States.
Founded in 1981 by Val Krukonis, Phasex has been at the forefront of supercritical CO2 extraction, providing innovative and environmentally friendly solutions for natural products, biopharmaceuticals, and polymers. This method not only ensures high-quality extracts but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability by using CO2 instead of traditional solvents like hexane or ethanol.
With this acquisition, Robertet strengthens its presence in North America, a region contributing significantly to our global turnover. Our collaboration with Phasex will enhance our production capabilities and expand our offerings of high-value natural ingredients for flavors and fragrances, leveraging unique North American and South American biomass.
ROBERTET CHINA WINS AT THE GOLDEN OSMANTHUS AWARDS
We are thrilled to announce that the Robertet China teams participated in the Golden Osmanthus Awards on October 25, the highest official distinction in the Chinese fragrance industry. Co-founded in 2023 by the China Daily Chemicals Association and the magazine “Ruili,” these awards celebrate exceptional brands while strengthening the industry’s influence and promoting fragrance culture.
Several remarkable fragrances from the Robertet Group were nominated and ultimately received the Golden Osmanthus Award. Among them, Amouage Epic Woman was honored with the Best Female Fragrance award.

BIOPOD INTERSTELLAR LAB: SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION OF PERFUME PLANTS
Robertet is pursuing its strategy of innovation in natural products with the acquisition of its first BioPod, an autonomous greenhouse developed by Interstellar Lab, which accelerates plant growth and optimizes plant composition, while limiting the environmental impact of soil-less cultivation.
