Production Manager (W/M)

The Factory Manager will join at the end of the construction phase to oversee the start-up of the new factory, specializing in flavor and fragrance production. With 10 to 15 years of experience in similar roles within flavor and fragrance factories, the Factory Manager’s primary mission will be to establish best practices, lead the factory’s start-up, and train all operators and shift leaders. After factory start he will be in charge for oversee all the production process into the facility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Pre-Production Phase:

Factory Start-Up: Oversee the final stages of construction and commissioning to ensure the facility is prepared for production.

Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for factory operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.

Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for operators and shift leaders to ensure adherence to best practices and operational excellence.

Input During Commissioning: Provide insights and feedback during the commissioning phase to optimize factory processes and address potential issues.

 

Production Phase:

Operational Management: Lead day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Background requirements :

Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in factory management roles within flavor and fragrance industries, with a strong track record of leading production teams and operations.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of flavor and fragrance production processes, best practices, and industry standards.

Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for operational staff.

Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through the start-up and operational phases.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
