Positiv’food commitment
The Robertet Group pursues an active policy of reducing its environmental footprint and recycling co-products through its ingredient recovery program. The more efficient use of resources, and in particular the reuse of raw materials of plant origin, is one of the key areas of focus for our R&D teams. The majority of by-products form a reserve of raw materials that can be transformed into higher value-added active ingredients. Our Yerba Maté and Lemon Balm extracts are the perfect examples of this philosophy.
